1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express

  • Online Payment Platforms: PayPal, Stripe, etc.

  • Bank Transfer: Please contact us for bank details.

  • Cash or Cheque: Accepted on-site for in-person transactions.

2. Payment Due Dates

  • All invoices are due within 30 days from the invoice date unless otherwise specified.

  • For subscriptions or recurring services, payments are due on the anniversary of the original transaction date unless agreed upon differently.

3. Late Payment Fees

  • A late payment fee of 2% per month will be applied to any overdue invoices.

  • After 60 days of non-payment, accounts will be sent to collections.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be issued for goods or services deemed faulty or not as described.

  • Refunds for online transactions will be processed within 14 business days.

5. Payment Terms

  • Upfront Payments: For certain services or special events, payment may be required upfront.

  • Installments: Payment plans may be available for large transactions, subject to prior agreement.

  • Deposits: A 50% deposit may be required before any services or goods are delivered.

6. Taxes

  • All applicable taxes (VAT) will be added to the total amount, as required by UK law.

  • The customer is responsible for paying any local, state, or international taxes incurred during the transaction.

7. Dispute Resolution

  • Any payment disputes must be raised within 14 days of the invoice date.

  • Disputes can be resolved by contacting us directly via email or phone. If a resolution is not reached, we will refer the matter to a third-party mediator.

8. Currency and Conversion

  • Payments are processed in GBP (£).

  • If paying from outside the UK, any applicable currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the customer.

9. Recurring Payments & Subscriptions

  • Subscription services will automatically renew on the anniversary date unless the customer opts out before the renewal date.

  • For any changes or cancellations, please contact us at least 7 days prior to the renewal date.
